The ReFrame Stamp

OVERVIEW

What is ReFrame?

Awarded in partnership with IMDbPro, the ReFrame Stamp is a mark of distinction for feature film projects that demonstrate a commitment to gender equity through inclusive hiring and reporting.

Launched through a collaboration between Women In Film (formerly Women in Film Los Angeles) (WIF) and Sundance Institute in 2017, the ReFrame Stamp is now available in Australia thanks to WIFT Australia and Screen Australia’s Gender Matters Taskforce who are administering the program in partnership.

The stamp celebrates studios, networks, & creatives that have demonstrated measurable progress towards parity when developing, producing, financing, and marketing their product. The Stamp sets a tangible benchmark, incentivises 3rd party demographic data collection, and overall creates a visible measure of accountability for studios, networks & creatives.
